After following Lauren and her eye for design, fashion, and events for some time we just knew we had to get to know Lauren more and share that with you! Tell us a little bit about you! Hi! I’m Lauren Stack. I’m originally from West Texas but have lived in DFW for the last 12 years. I’m a Texas Tech Red Raider (Guns Up!). I married my high school/college sweetheart. I left my job in the fashion industry to be a stay at home mom and am so happy I did!
How many kids do you have and what are their ages? I have 3 kiddos. Eli (7), Caroline (5), and Collins (3).
What’s your favorite thing about being a mom? I love everything about being a mom. My kiddos are my heart walking outside my body. I love celebrating the ordinary and the extraordinary with them. Everything through children’s eyes is just more wonderful!
How did you end up in Frisco area? We moved from North Dallas to Frisco to connect with families with children. Frisco is a very young city with lots of kids!
What do you love about Frisco area? I love absolutely everything about Frisco. The people are what make Frisco the best though. It’s such a fantastic community. We have all the advantages of being near a big city with a wonderful small town feel. We also have the best shopping, dining and the Dallas Cowboys!
What’s your favorite restaurant in Frisco area? Tupelo Honey has to be our favorite restaurant. We also love J. Theodore, Eddie Napoli’s, MiCo, Heirloom Haul, Neighborhood Services and 5th Street Cafe.
What’s your favorite place to shop in Frisco area? We love to shop at the Frisco Mercantile for unique finds for our home, Neighborhood Goods in Legacy West + of course Nordstrom.
What’s your favorite thing to do when you need some “me time”? For “Me” time I love to get a massage or facial, lunch with a girlfriend and date nights with my husband!
Tell us about your career! My career is so hard to explain! My husband and I own a small Oil and Gas company, Wellbark Resources. We also have rental homes in Frisco and have commercial real estate developments down at the lake. I do IG as a creative outlet and love to link all the items we use and love! I have a passion for interior design, architecture, fashion, family, and event planning!
What do you love about your career? I love that everyday is something new! It’s ever changing and always creative and exciting!
What is one thing you look forward to every year? I look forward to Christmas every year! It’s so special and fun! We also always go to the opening morning at the State Fair and it’s become something we look forward to!
How do you juggle your career with being a mom and wife? I don’t know how I juggle it or if I even do! haha!
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve gotten from another mom? The best advice I have gotten from another mom is to trust your instincts!
What’s one fun fact about you? Fun Fact: I’m a 5th generation Texan on my mom’s side of the family!
