Favorite Board Game Round Up Ages 4-8 - North Dallas Moms

We are going on day 498503487532090976 of unplanned Snow Days off from school. With 4 kids aged 1-8 years old, we go through every activity and game you can imagine. Very quickly.

We have been reading, watching movies, practicing baking skills,  and snack prep skills. I pulled out the board games and realized it took up a good chunk of time and had us all giggling! Here’s my round up of our Top 10. I made sure most of these can be picked up at the Kroger, HEB, Target or Walmart on your next grocery run. I don’t want to be the bearer of bad news, but more winter weather is coming so this may be helpful!

  1. Jenga
  2. Yeti in My Spaghetti
  3. Zingo
  4. Don’t Break The Ice
  5. Hurry Up Chicken Butt
  6. Connect 4
  7. Uno- If your kids are on the younger side, we do matching with the numbers/colors, team up with an older sibling/parent, or play face up!
  8. Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza
  9. Tapple (best for readers/writers)
  10. Trouble

Nothing Revolutionary here, but I hope it’s a useful resource to grab a new game and connect while you’re home with your littles!

Warm Wishes and Lots of Fun,
